Shipping Methods

All orders within Greece are shipped via Box Now, Geniki Taxydromiki or ELTA directly to your door, ensuring the highest level of reliability, speed, and security. If the customer prefers a different courier service, it is their responsibility to inform the chosen company to pick up the parcel from our store. In such cases, cash on delivery is also available, and we bear no responsibility for shipping costs.

Our company delivers throughout Greece and ensures order delivery either via courier or a partnered shipping company.

In some areas, partnered transport companies may not provide home delivery. In these cases, you will need to collect your order from their local branch after being notified by them.

If your location is not accessible by courier or shipping company, we will contact you directly to arrange delivery. Estimated delivery time is:

  • 2–4 business days by courier

  • 2–5 business days by shipping company

  • 3–7 business days for remote or hard-to-reach areas

Products shipped by transport companies must be collected from the company’s pickup point in the recipient’s area. If shipping costs are paid directly to the transport company, home delivery may be arranged upon agreement between the customer and the shipping provider.

You also have the option to collect your order from our physical store (branches). In this case, you must contact our team to schedule a pickup time and confirm product availability.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated when you enter your information on the Checkout page.

Cash on delivery fees vary depending on the selected courier service.

All prices include 24% VAT.

Please note: Orders to Cyprus or other international destinations are not supported through the website. They can only be arranged after direct agreement with the customer regarding shipping method and charges.


Shipping Time

For in-stock items, orders are typically shipped within 2–4 business days by courier, or 2–5 business days by transport company, or 3–7 business days for remote areas, provided the order has been placed and confirmed by 10:00 a.m. on the next business day.

Phone or online orders containing available items that are not prepaid can only be held until the current date.

If a customer has been notified about their order and does not respond, the order will remain active for 15 business days. After this period, the order will be automatically canceled by our system.


Shipment Tracking

Once your order is completed and shipped, you will receive a notification email and/or SMS with your tracking number at the contact details you provided.


Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch and depend on your choice of courier or shipping provider:

  • 2–5 business days, or

  • 3–7 business days for remote areas.

Our company is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or shipping provider of your choice. Delivery times may also vary in cases of delayed payment to our company’s bank account.
