Payment Methods

You can pay for your orders using one of different methods. See the available payment methods explained below:

1. Cash on Delivery (COD) *only by arrangement*

You may pay in cash upon delivery of your order (only available for orders shipped via courier).

Cash on delivery is valid only for orders within Greece, and any additional fees depend on the courier company used.

Cash payments are subject to the maximum legal limit currently in force under Greek law.

To request cash on delivery please contact us directly.

2. Via Piraeus Bank ePOS

You can pay directly using your credit or debit card through a secure redirection to Piraeus Bank’s payment gateway.

You will be redirected to a secure payment environment (Paycenter by Piraeus Bank), where you’ll be informed of the payable amount and can safely enter your card details.

Our company does not store, process, or transmit any card data. The entire transaction is handled by a PCI DSS-compliant payment service provider, in accordance with applicable law.

The payment is authorized via Piraeus Bank, using modern certified encryption systems that meet the PCI DSS and other international security standards. Our website does not store any card or transaction details, only a reference to the transaction.

All card payments are processed through Piraeus Bank’s ePOS Paycenter, which uses TLS 1.1 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (SSL – Secure Sockets Layer). (Note: Please verify whether TLS 1.1 is still in use)

During redirection to the Piraeus Bank system, you will be prompted to enter your personal and card details. Please follow the instructions provided.

Upon completing the transaction, you will be redirected back to our company’s website (e-shop).

Our company is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage or loss caused by unauthorized use of a card or due to malware or viruses affecting your computer during connection to our website. We strongly recommend you have updated antivirus software and firewall protection.

Note: Diners Club credit card payments are NOT accepted through our online store.

3. Via ViVa*

You can securely complete your order using your ViVa account. *(COMING SOON)*

4. Bank Deposit / Wire Transfer

You can pay for your order by depositing cash or transferring funds to our bank account listed below:

Any bank fees for transfers made from other banks (outside those listed above) are the customer’s responsibility.
